Shipping and Delivery
Herb Wholesalers are an online shop. Orders are processed quickly and efficiently enabling them to be dispatched smoothly and delivered quickly. We are taking a short Christmas Break between the 24th of December and 2nd of January, 25.
Shipping Methods
We deliver products using Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are typically estimated at between 2 and 10 business days depending on your location. You can get an estimated delivery timeframe for your location here (please enter 4124 as the 'from' postcode).
At the moment Herb Wholesalers are able to offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand only.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within Australia, with a minimum spend. Free shipping applies to delivery addresses located in QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC with a minimum spend of $750. Free shipping applies to delivery addresses located in NT, SA, TAS & WA with a minimum spend $1250.
For orders that do not reach the minimum spend outlined above and for orders delivered outside of Australia, shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Christmas closing dates
We are taking a short Christmas Break between the 24th of December and 2nd of January, 25. Orders placed over this period will be dispatched as soon as possible upon return.
Click and Collect
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pick up of your order. This is due to insurance and council regulations.
