2. Jilungin Leaf Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 teaspoon jilungin leaf powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy, preferably in the evening to help wind down before sleep.

Jilungin must be processed in boiling water in a teapot or infuser

Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy hot or chilled as a refreshing iced tea
