3. Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Korean ginseng powder

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Korean ginseng powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for rolling)

Instructions:

  1. Place the dates, almonds, oats, Korean ginseng powder, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls.
  4. If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut.

5. Ginseng Honey Marinade
