Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together mesquite powder, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
